Honda is continuing 2020 strong after posting an all-around sales increase. In fact, the Honda truck lineup had its best February sales yet – and with the release of the 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid on March 1st, it’s likely that they will only get better.

“These are challenging times for our industry and the world, so it’s gratifying to see our sales grow in February, led by strong demand for Honda light trucks, and Civic sales gains demonstrating once again that cars still matter,” said Steven Center, Vice President of the Auto Sales Division, American Honda Motor Co., Inc.

For the month of February, the Honda truck lineup saw solid sales numbers with a 6.6 percent increase in year-over-year sales. The HR-V posted a new record of sales with an uptick of 14.4 percent, while the Ridgeline increased 46.8 percent and the Odyssey led the minivan segment with its sale numbers.

Along with the trucks, the Honda Civic also saw an 11.5 percent increase in year-over-year February sales, while the Accord Hybrid and Insight both also posted gains in February of 10.7 percent and 1.6 percent, respectively.

In total, Honda of America saw an increase of 4.2 percent in February, with a total of 120,006 vehicles sold.
